GOOD HOUSEKEEPING
Institute tour
New York, New York

When it comes to buying products, many consumers look for the Good Housekeeping “Seal of Approval.” At the institute, thousands of products are tested every year, from waterproof boots, to vacuum cleaners, to cell phones that are repeatedly dropped to check their durability, and only a small percentage get the coveted seal. The exhibits, embedded between the various labs, interpret the Good Housekeeping Institute’s century of commitment to the consumers. The design was done to let the objects simply speak for themselves using only concise white silkscreened text on the glass to tell the story. This project received a SEGD Merit Award. (Project realized while at C&G Partners)
